1. Renaissance means "rebirth" it is the time when Europe comes out of the Dark Ages
ReplyDelete2.Renaissance begins 1300. And it starts in Italy because The European Crusaders mostly went through Italy, which led to lots of trade. Which led to development of towns and the merchant class
3. *As merchants grow wealthy and powerful from their own skill and hard work, an
emphasis is placed on individual achievement.
*So, this new value makes each individual important unlike the Dark Ages, therefore,
ideas of equality grow.
*The detail in art, such as perspective, reflects this new importance of the
individual.
*Perspective is the 3D skill shown by great artists.
4. Da Vinci is known as "Renaissance Man" because he does so many things well.

6.The vernacular was a huge change because it helped end the Dark Ages as more people could read , write, learn and enjoy great literature such as Shakespeare, who had a great appeal to all people.
7.It was famous because the book became a model for the Kings and Monarchs of Europe.
8.People are selfish ,fickle and corrupt
9.So, rulers should be hard and be “feared more than loved.”
Ruler should do whatever it takes to strengthen their nation. So, if it helps lie,
cheat, break treaties
